Mike and I went to our first OB appointment this morning! I think that first moment that hear the babies heart beat is one of the greatest moments in the world. It is the first time the expecting mother can really think, all this illness I've been feeling the last few weeks is so worth it. I like it especially because after Mike heard the heart beat he got really excited..."I'm going to be a daddy again!"
So I'm 11 weeks prego today making our estimated due date is January 15, 2010. We are so ready to have another little one in our home. Izabella is in a real need for a sibling to play with, even though she'll have to wait a little while. We are trying to keep her informed about what is going on, and that her life is going to be changing forever very soon, however I get the feeling she's not completely interested yet. She will be once the little one gets here. Bella is going to be a great older sister and I hope she enjoys the responsibility it takes to be the oldest as much as I have.
I am feeling better everyday and am antiously awaiting my return of energy soon. We love you all and promise to keep you informed as the weeks go by. No pictures yet, however, I will post some soon.
Love you all,
Mikey, Stefi, and Izabella
Mike got some new parts in yesterday to build his dad's new computer and of course lost in all his excitement he left all the boxes all over the living room floor. Izabella didn't mind as much as I did; she kept trying to hide her toys in them and to climb into them. So after a while Mike decided to introduce her to a new game...Box Car!! They went around and around and up and down the hall, all over the whole house as fast as daddy could go. Izabella held on for dear life and laughed the entire time. She didn't want Mike to stop. I think after about his 20th time around the house Mike was wishing he hadn't introduced this game, he was so tired. However, I say, way to go Bella, daddy's been saying he wanted to exercise.
Here are some pictures of all their fun...
Daddy pushing Izabella really fast...Weee!Waiting to go again. Come on Daddy what's the hold up!
Doesn't Mike look tired, and Izabella looks like she is having the time of her life. I wonder why we spend so much money on toys when a box and some daddy power can provide so much enjoyment.

More then almost any toy.
This is Izabella's look of disapointment when Daddy finally called it quits and left to get something to drink. She didn't think that was a very good idea. She wasn't done playing. Hopefully Mike will rest up at work today because I'm sure when he gets home he will be talked in to playing Box Cars until bed time.
Love Ya,
Mike, Stefanie, and Izabella
I think I finally understand how a mother with a new born is suppose to feel...exhausted from lack of sleep! This little one isn't even born yet and he/she keeps me up more then Izabella ever has. I think I am running on 3 hours of sleep from the last 3 days, I don't know how I have managed to keep my eyes open at work the last couple days. I'm just hoping that I can find a way to stay awake today, any suggestions? I really hope this isn't a preview as to what will come in a few short months from now. I don't know if I'm cut out for not getting my 5 hours a night. At least Mike will be done with school and will be able to help. Just the thoughts of another sleepless night.
